The second joint congress on Evolutionary Biology, gathering the European Society for Evolutionary Biology (ESEB), the American Society of Naturalists (ASN), the Society for the Study of Evolution (SSE) and the Society of Systematic Biologists (SSB) is organized and sponsored by ESEB with the administrative support of Agropolis International.
Agropolis International is a non-profit organization acting on behalf of its member Institutions, including different Universities and Research Institutes, and representing a community of about 2700 researchers and lecturers in Montpellier, France, working in the fields of agriculture, food, biodiversity and environment.
Local organization is coordinated by a logistic committee chaired by Ophélie Ronce and Yannis Michalakis, with the following responsibilities:

The Professional Congress organizer Europa-Organisation is in charge of other aspects of logistics, under the coordination of the local chair persons, with the help of Agropolis International staff on specific tasks.
